House Bill 315

Residents of the City of Columbus

House Bill 315 threatens the public's right to access public information that directly impacts the ability to obtain necessary body camera footage and other video camera footage to hold Columbus Police accountable for heinous crimes and the murder of civilians.

This bill allows the Columbus Police Department to continue avoiding transparency and creates a financial barrier for organizers, social justice organizations, law firms, and victims' families.
